Bass Dijonnaise

 

  • 4 Bass steaks      (serves 4)             
  • ½ C Dijon mustard
  • ½ C mayonnaise                   
  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
  • Chopped cilantro

 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and worcestershire sauce together.

Place steaks on a greased pan and coat each with ¼ C dijonnaise, top and sides. Slather it on.

Bake in hot oven 15-20 minutes or until flesh is just opaque. Don't turn the fish over.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately with sticky rice.

This is Dick's favorite bass recipe! And its quick and easy.
